Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.

• Participate in reviewing and refining client-provided tickets to ensure clarity and testability.

• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and issues found during testing.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved.

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that software meets functional and non-functional specifications.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Essential: 

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.

• Solid knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and tools.

• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent spoken and written English.

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Typescript).

• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.

• Willing to learn and progress towards an Automation role.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
